First Hong Kong Laureate Forum forges connections across generations, cultures and disciplines.

Over 2,400 people participated in a science event organised by the Council of the Hong Kong Laureate Forum and fully sponsored by the Lee Shuu Kee Foundation. The inaugural Hong Kong Laureate Forum had monumental week-long scientific exchanges. It featured three plenary sessions, six breakout sessions, two trending topic discussions, two science seminars and over 20 sessions of visits and cultural events.

Teachers of English wanted to help our member Ginny Li

We are aiming to offer Chinese students an opportunity to learn authentic English, taught by English school teachers. We are looking for enthusiastic English teachers, who are qualified as an English Primary teacher, and would like to work remotely teaching English to Chinese students in China.  The job is rewarding and if the students need someone who is patient and kind to help them develop and grow and in confidence.

In May 2017, David Caine (Director of the International Office), Amanda Lee (Regional Director), Brenda Wang (Senior Regional Development Officer) and other representatives from the University of the West of England visited the offices of BEIJING Dong Fang Lin Pin (DFLP) international Education Technology CO,.LTD.    The visit was facilitated through ENJOY UK Consultancy an associate partner of the China Bureau working on education initiatives.
